What Our Warranty Covers
Povismo offers a non-transferable, limited warranty on most items valid for ten year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, Povimo will provide replacement parts for any damage that is due to defects in material or workmanship.

What’s Covered
Our warranty covers everything— including electrical components,frame, base, arms, backrest casters, pneumatic cylinders, tilts,footrest and all moving mechanisms. It recognizes the changing nature of work and the need for products that can stand up to continuous use.

What’s Not Covered
- Wear and tear from regular use, including dents, scratches, stains, and fading.
- Natural aging or color variation in materials such as wood, leather, or fabric.
- Changes caused by exposure to sunlight, humidity, temperature, or environmental conditions (e.g., mold, insects, or termites).
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or exceeding the product’s load-bearing capacity.
- Damage caused by negligence, accidents, or improper maintenance.
- Use of the product in commercial, rental, or high-traffic public environments.
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs not approved by Povimo.
- Improper installation or assembly.
- Spills, stains, burns, cuts, or other accidental damage.
- Shipping damage not reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Products sold at a discount due to known quality issues are not covered.

To request warranty service, please contact us by email at service@povimo.com.
Be sure to include your order information along with photos or videos of the issue—this helps us quickly and accurately assess the problem and provide a prompt solution. -
Warranty Service
Povimo will repair or provide reasonably equivalent furniture as a replacement due to any product defects. In case of replacement, Povimo cannot guarantee that you will receive exactly the same piece. If your piece is no longer available, a comparable piece of equal value and similar style will be substituted. Proof of purchase is required to exchange merchandise or receive warranty service.
