- In-Room Placement: Items are placed in the room of your choice.
- Cleanup: All packaging and debris are removed from your space.
- Note: This service covers furniture, large décor, uniquely shaped or fragile items. It does not include lighting, mirrors, wall art, or any electrical installations.

What to Prepare Before Delivery
- Ensure all furniture can fit through doorways, elevators, staircases, and hallways.
- Clear the space where the furniture will be placed. Our team is not permitted to move or dispose of your existing furniture.
- If you live in a building that requires a Certificate of Insurance, please notify us after placing your order.

Scheduling & Delivery Timing
- In Stock Items: We will contact you within 14 business days of purchase to schedule delivery.
- Backordered or Deferred Delivery: Delivery will be scheduled once all items are available in our warehouse.

On Delivery Day
- An adult (18+) must be present to receive and inspect the items.
- Our team will complete setup and remove all packaging.
