Shipping Carriers

We ship internationally using carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to most addresses in North America, Europe, and Australia. Delivery availability is shown during checkout.

Restrictions: We cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Fees

We offer free international shipping for all orders to regions including North America, Australia, and Europe. There is no minimum purchase requirement, no additional shipping charges, and no hidden fees throughout the process, effectively reducing your procurement costs.

For regions outside the above scope, you can contact our official customer service mailbox to confirm whether you need to pay for long-distance delivery and the specific fee standards.

Taxes & Fees

The price shown at checkout is final. All applicable taxes and duties are included—there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Production & Processing

All items are made to order. After payment is confirmed, your order enters production. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes both production and shipping.

  • Delivery times may vary by destination.
  • Requests for order changes or rush processing must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or the carrier’s site.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package appears lost:

  1. Confirm your shipping address and check delivery locations around your home.
  2. Contact the carrier using the tracking number provided.
  3. If the package is still missing after 24 hours, email service@povimo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We cannot process late claims.
