First up, it’s the value for money. POVIMO delivers luxury-grade office chairs at prices that put even the budget knock-offs to shame. The leather tension feels spot on, the lumbar support is the best I’ve come across while still being easy to clean and maintain.
More importantly, though, the service is second to none. When my recline lever played up, Una from POVIMO’s customer care team replied to my email within the hour and had the replacement parts on their way the very next day.

This chair is clearly designed with the user in mind. I appreciate the sensitivity knob for the backrest-it lets me adjust the recline resistance based on my weight, which is a thoughtful touch. It took a few minutes to get the hang of the controls since they're under the cushion, but once adjusted, the experience is top-notch. Silent wheels are a nice bonus, especially in a shared office space.
