In a small workshop tucked away in North Carolina, a third-generation craftsman named Tom set out to create a chair that honored the classic American lounge style his grandfather once built in the 1950s. He chose full-grain leather for its breathability and timeless feel, paired with high-resilience foam to cradle the body in lasting comfort. Every curve of the armrest was shaped with human ergonomics in mind—rounded, full, and accented with hand-applied nailhead trim. The tufted backrest, inspired by vintage pull-button detailing, adds a natural massage-like feel. Underneath, a solid pine frame provides lasting structure, supported by oak legs built to carry generations. This chair isn’t just made to be sat in—it’s made to be lived in.
